Romina, Saint of the Bud is a required boss on the way to the end of Shadow of the Erdtree. Half woman, half giant centipede, she fills the Church of the Bud with scarlet rot butterflies, but she is weak to fire and frostbite.

Overview
Romina fights with a long glaive and her centipede body, sweeping wide arcs across the arena. In phase 2 she summons butterflies that explode in rot.
Fire weapons and frostbite make the fight much shorter, and Dryleaf Dane is a strong summon.
Key attacks and how to avoid them
- Centipede Sweep: A low sweep with her body; roll forward just before impact.
- Double Spear Swing: Two glowing glaive swings; roll back twice.
- Leap Combo: A sweep, an overhead strike and a plunge; dodge left, then forward-right, then forward when you see the pink flash.
- Double Spin: Two full spins; roll left twice with a short pause between rolls.
- Butterfly Bombs (phase 2): Exploding rot butterflies; sprint away from the burst.
How to beat Romina, Saint of the Bud
- Summon Dryleaf Dane.
- Use Fire damage and Frostbite.
- Do not bother with Poison or Scarlet Rot: she is immune.
- Stay mobile in phase 2 and do not get greedy when butterflies spawn.
