Overview
In phase 1 Adel fights with physical attacks and limited range. Poisoning him makes him stumble and vomit, opening long punish windows.
At half health lightning surges through every attack: electrical fissures, area attacks and a dangerous grab.
Key attacks and how to avoid them
- Snout Charge: roll sideways as the jaw opens.
- Lightning Rush: move to its side; the grab that follows causes blood loss.
- Lightning Snout Slam: roll toward Adel to avoid the fissure explosions.
- Lightning Dive: sprint away from the impact and jump over lingering fissures.
- Lightning Crashout: keep sprinting and avoid the spots where bolts spawn.
How to beat Adel, Baron of Night
- Bring poison: it is his biggest weakness.
- Stay beside or under him, never in front.
- In phase 2, roll toward him rather than away.
