Why use it
- Enormous physical damage and poise damage.
- Accepts any Ash of War and infusion, including Heavy.
- Great guard stats when blocking.
- Its charged heavy attack is a leaping slam that crushes smaller enemies.
Best build
Pure Strength (60 required). Heavy infusion, plus the Great-Jar’s Arsenal and Claw Talisman for jump-attack builds.
Tips
- Two-handing it gives 1.5x Strength, so you can use it with 40 Strength while two-handing.
- Jump attacks are its best damage.
