Phase 1 plays like a regular Dragonkin Soldier: heavy slams, grabs and charges.
Below about 60% HP it charges up with frost lightning. From then on its attacks also build up Frostbite.
How to reach the Dragonkin Soldier of Nokstella
From the Ainsel River Downstream grace, follow the river downstream into the western cave past the Giant Ants.
Preparation
- Slash weapons.
- Frost protection helps in phase 2.
- Avoid lightning damage: it resists it.
Phase 1 strategy
Stay near its legs and punish after its slams.
Ground slams
Roll away from the impact, then punish.
Dive bomb
An aerial dive with an arm swing. Dodge right as its arm levels with its head.
Phase 2 (below about 60% HP)
Its attacks now add frost and lightning.
Frozen lightning spear
It summons a blue spear and slams the ground, leaving electric trails. Dodge to the side and close the distance so it cannot repeat it.
Lightning leap
It jumps while throwing a lightning spear. Move to the side of the charged ground.
