Hyetta is the blind maiden who asks you for Shabriri Grapes. Her questline leads beneath Leyndell to the Three Fingers and the Lord of Frenzied Flame ending.

Hyetta Questline walkthrough
- First grape. After you deliver Irina’s Letter, Hyetta appears at the Lake-Facing Cliffs. Give her a Shabriri Grape for the As You Wish gesture.
- Second grape. Find her west of the Purified Ruins and give her another grape.
- Third grape. North of the Gate Town Bridge grace, give a third grape and tell her the truth: the grapes are human eyes.
- Fingerprint Grape. At Bellum Church she asks for a Fingerprint Grape, dropped by the invader Festering Fingerprint Vyke near the Church of Inhibition.
- The Three Fingers. She waits in the Frenzied Flame Proscription below Leyndell. Accept the flame of the Three Fingers, then talk to her.
Ending and rewards
You get the Frenzied Flame Seal and five Frenzyflame Stones. Accepting the flame locks you into the Lord of Frenzied Flame ending unless you undo it with Miquella’s Needle.
Tips
- Only accept the Three Fingers if you want that ending.
- Millicent’s questline gives Miquella’s Needle, which can undo it.
